This put her on a path towards leadership and professional coaching in order to help leaders and teams articulate their core values, and translate them to behaviors and actions that honor and restore effectiveness, resiliency, and balance.
In her work as a coach and facilitator, Carmen focuses on individual and group coaching to support clients in pursuing meaning, purpose, and balance in their work and home lives.
